- Can you send dresses to my local store for a fitting?
We'd love to help you get the dress of your dreams, please contact Charlotte, our online wedding stylist, or visit your nearest store and enquire about our special order service. Please have the item number available. Note that online exclusives cannot be sent to stores, they can be purchased online or at our Montreal Wedding Boutique Suite.
- Do you provide Alteration services?
We offer guidance on alterations but we do not offer alteration services.
- Do you offer specific measurements for each item?
It is standard sizing. Consult our size chart.
- How often do new products/gowns arrive in stores and online?
We receive new products every month. Most of our gowns typically arrive between May and August. Be the first to know about our new gowns by signing up for emails. Shop & browse our current new arrivals.

- How quickly do your gowns arrive once I've placed my online order?
It will take approximately 5-7 business days for your gown to arrive. For last-minute shoppers or elopers, we also offer expedited shipping.
- What are your shipping prices and what is your delivery timeframe?

- How will the gown be shipped? Is there a signature required upon receipt?
Your gown will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. We do not require a signature upon receipt of the package. You will receive tracking information when your item is shipped

- Do I need an appointment for your online exclusive wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses?
Yes, you need an appointment to try on online exclusive wedding gowns, this service is currently only offered in Montreal. To book your appointment, click here.
- What can I expect from an appointment?
Once you schedule an appointment, you will be assigned to a style expert who will guide you through the gown/suit selection process. At your appointment, you'll receive one-on-one attention for 2 hours in our private suite area. Your stylist will provide sizing advice, reserve requested samples (when available), and help accessorize your wedding day look.
- How far in advance should I book my gown/suit appointment?
We recommend that you book your appointment 1 week in advance and at least 6 months prior to your event date. Our gown styles have limited availability, so if you have found a style that you love, we recommend booking an appointment at your earliest convenience. While the majority of our gowns are available for immediate delivery, planning ahead gives you plenty of time for alterations.
- What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment. You can reply to the email to confirm or cancel, or you may call the store directly. If we don't hear from you by 8 p.m. the day before your appointment, we will open it up to another bride. Please note that most stores have a long wait list of brides hoping for an appointment. We appreciate the courtesy of confirming or cancelling as soon as possible.
- What should I bring with me to my appointment?
We suggest that you bring your own nude or white undergarments. This may include a strapless bra, underwear, and/or shapewear, and shoes at the desired height. You may also want to bring an elastic hairband if you plan to wear your hair up.
- Can I try on styles I see online and in my size?
If your size is in stock it will be reserved for your personal consultation.
- What size are your sample gowns?
We typically have samples in sizes 8 and 10 in our showroom, but it varies by style. During your appointment, your stylist will assist you with your measurements and provide sizing advice. Most LE CHÂTEAU wedding gowns are comparative to ready-to-wear sizing.
- May we bring a bottle of wine or champagne to celebrate?
To avoid spills and maintain the integrity of the product, we ask that you not bring in outside beverages. However, we are happy to provide refreshments upon request!
