EXCHANGE POLICY – PURCHASES MADE IN STORE

Regular Stores

We will be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit note within 15 days of purchase. Please note that in order to receive an exchange or credit note:

  1. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original tags and packaging
  2. Merchandise must be accompanied by the sales receipt
  3. Swimwear, bodysuits, intimate apparel and jewellery are not exchangeable due to their intimate nature
