IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made between October 28th and December 24th, 2017 inclusive, when accompanied by a receipt, are exchangeable for another item of equal value or a store credit in any of our locations until January 6th, 2018. All purchases made after December 24th, 2017 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.


No exchanges will be accepted on Tuesday, December 26th and Wednesday, December 27th, 2017.


Please note that in order to receive an exchange or credit note:

  1. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original tags and packaging;
  2. Merchandise must be accompanied by the sales receipt;
  3. Swimwear, bodysuits, intimate apparel and/or jewellery are not exchangeable due to their intimate nature

Standard Return Policy

We will be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit note within 15 days of purchase.
