ONLINE RETURNS

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns of merchandise, purchased between October 28th and December 24th, 2017 inclusively, in its original condition for a full refund until January 6th, 2018. All purchases made after December 24th, 2017 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.


Merchandise must be returned by mail, with all tags affixed and in its original packaging. We will apply a credit to your original form of payment – less shipping and handling charges. The credit will appear on your credit card statement 3 to 10 business days following the reception of merchandise at our warehouse.


Please note that refunds processed through a PayPal account may encounter longer delays. PayPal reserves the right to an additional 2-5 business days in order to validate the refund transaction.


Please note all purchases of Sale and Outlet items, as well as Gift Cards, jewellery, bodysuits and intimate apparel are final. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


STANDARD RETURN POLICY

For purchases made online at LECHATEAU.COM, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise in its original condition for a full refund within 15 days of receipt.


Please note all purchases of Sale and Outlet items, as well as Gift Cards, jewellery, bodysuits and intimate apparel are final. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


How to return your online purchase

Currently, online purchases can only be returned by mail, and cannot be returned to a LE CHÂTEAU retail location. In the case you wish to exchange your purchase, we suggest you first return the items by mail, and then place a new order.


Please contact Customer Service through our website or at 1-877-514-1959 to get a return approval number and further instructions will be provided. Returns without an approval number will not be accepted.
