1.  Returns by mail

We will happily accept returns of merchandise (in its original condition, with all tags affixed) by mail for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Follow these step-by-step instructions here.

Return your item(s) by mail and we will be glad to offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. Follow these step-by-step instructions here and be sure to select the exchange option.



2.  In-store exchanges

We are pleased to offer you the option to exchange your item(s) in at a LE CHÂTEAU store (excluding Outlet & Liquidation) near you within 15 days of the purchase date. Please bring the merchandise you wish to exchange (in its original condition, with all tags affixed) along with the original shipping invoice. One of our Sales Associates will be pleased to help you find an item you love.


If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, please do so by mail, as we do not refund in stores.

Items marked as Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.


2 EASY STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN APPROVAL ONLINE


1. Click here to request an online return and follow the steps provided on the next screen. Please note that you will need to provide the Order Number and Email Address used when you placed the order.


2. Ship your item(s) using the Easy Return Label you received for a flat fee of $7.50 plus tax, which will be deducted from your refund (select this option in Step 1 of your return request). Or you may use the shipper of your choice.



You will receive an email once the return is completed. We will process your refund to your bank within 3 to 5 business days following the reception of merchandise at our warehouse.


Please note that refunds processed through a PayPal account may encounter longer delays. PayPal reserves the right to an additional 2-5 business days in order to validate the refund transaction.


Please note that returns sent without an approval will not be accepted.
