WHAT IS THE VIP REWARDS PROGRAM?
The membership is a loyalty program that is completely free of charge, where you'll collect points on all in-store and online purchases. You'll also get special rewards, access to exclusive sales and so much more.
HOW DO I COLLECT POINTS?
All your in-store and online purchases are rewarded with points; customers will earn 1 point per $1 spent. For every 150 points collected, earn a $15 Off Reward Coupon on your next purchase of $150 or more. To accumulate points, customers must use the same email address for each purchase. In store: Make sure to provide your email address to the store associate at the cash. Online: Sign in to your account using your email address and password when checking out.
Your points will be updated 30 days after your purchase was made in store/shipped online. Please contact Customer Service to get your most up-to-date point tally.
HOW DO I SPEND MY $15 OFF REWARD COUPON?
The $15 Off Reward Coupon can be spent one-time either in store or online with a minimum purchase of $150. Only one $15 Off Reward Coupon can be used per transaction. The Reward Coupon cannot be combined with any other offer. In store: Present the discount code (printed or on your mobile device) to the store associate at the cash. Online: Enter discount code in the promotion code box at checkout. Please note that you need to be signed into your account in order for the coupon code to work.
WILL I BE REFUNDED MY $15 OFF REWARD IF I MAKE A RETURN?
The Reward Coupon will not be reissued if you make a return. The $15 discount is prorated among all items in your purchase, not the total amount. Therefore, you will be given a refund for the amount that you paid for each item returned.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY $15 OFF REWARD COUPON YET?
The $15 Off Reward Coupon will be sent to you automatically via email 30 days after reaching 150 points, and it will expire 30 days after it was issued.
If you’ve reach 150 points and haven't received the email, please check your spam filter or contact Customer Service.
FOR HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS VALID?
Your points are valid for 12 months following your membership start date. Your membership year starts on the date of your first transaction. In the end of the membership year, the points will be reset/expire and a new membership year starts.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE ACCUMULATED?

CAN I REGISTER POINTS AFTER A PURCHASE?
If you've forgotten to register your purchase please contact Customer Service with your receipt.
HOW MUCH IS 1 POINT WORTH?
$1 equals 1 point.
DO ALL PURCHASES GIVE ME POINTS?
Yes, all purchased products will give points with the exception of Gift Cards and employee discount purchases.
HOW DO I GET MY WELCOME OFFER?
