Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods on this web site:

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or credit cards outside Canada and the United States. Your billing address and telephone number must exactly match your name, address, postal code and telephone number exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax at lechateau.com just as we do in our stores. Taxes are charged based on provincial and federal tax laws as they apply to your order. Where required, taxes may also be applied to shipping fees. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on each returned item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid for shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.

Charging Your Credit Card

We do not collect funds from your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Multiple Shipments

If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
