Returns - Online Purchases

Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases/ telephone sales returned by mail, with the exception of select merchandise clearly indicated in the return policy below. These online/telephone purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in any of our retail stores.

If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition with all tags affixed and in original packaging, within 15 days of receipt. We will apply a credit to your original form of payment – less shipping, handling and gift wrapping charges.

Sale, Outlet, Clearance, Jewellery

Please note that all merchandise purchased in the sale, clearance, outlet or jewellery section cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards

All sales of Gift Cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How To Return A Purchase

Please mail us the completed bottom portion of your packing slip, included in your shipment, and the item(s) you wish to return. Please follow the instructions below.

  1. Pack items securely in the original box. Affix the return label, located at the bottom of your packing slip, to the outside of the box.
  2. Select the reason for return on the bottom portion of your packing slip.
  3. Enclose the bottom portion of the packing slip with the item(s) and retain the top portion for your records.
  4. Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as Purolator or Canada Post. Shipping insurance is recommended. Please note that the return label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept C.O.D.
