What are my delivery options and how long does delivery take?

LECHATEAU.COM offers both ground and express shipping.

  • * Ground orders arrive between 3-10 days from the shipment date.

  • * Express orders arrive between 2-3 days from the shipment date.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the value of your merchandise, as well as the method of shipping selected. For more information on shipping charges, click here.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Credit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you. We will pre-authorize your order amount with your credit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will see multiple, smaller amounts charged to your credit card. Note that LE CHATEAU.COM will not charge you more than the full amount of your order.

Will I be charged for sales tax on my order?

We do charge sales tax for orders placed online, just as we do in our stores. Taxes are charged based on provincial and federal tax laws. Where required, shipping fees are also subject to sales tax. For more information on taxes click here.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This email will contain your order confirmation number. To check the status of your order, you can click on the View My Order Status button within the email. From here, you can verify whether your order is in processing or if it has been shipped. You will receive a second confirmation email once your package has been shipped. This email will contain a Track Your Package button which will allow you to track the movement of your package from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared to be shipped, you may cancel an item or make certain modifications to your order. If you wish to do so, please contact us immediately by calling 1-877-514-1959.
