How do I make an online purchase?

We do not have online shopping available.

Our website has been designed with information, entertainment and lifestyle in mind, and it is intended to give you a preview of the key collections that are available in our retail stores each season.

Our styles change frequently and pieces sell out quickly! For this reason, we believe that the best way to find what you’re looking for is to come in and experience the excitement and energy of our retail stores and our dynamic staff.

Can I order your clothing by telephone?

For your protection we do not accept credit cards or other personal information over the telephone. Also, we want you to be able to try on your purchase and coordinate an outfit with the aid of our helpful sales associates in a fun, exciting environment!

Where can I purchase a Le Château gift card?

Le Château gift cards are available in any of our retail stores across Canada and the U.S., in any denomination. Please visit a Le Château store nearest you to purchase one of our gift cards.

Do you have a catalogue you can send me?

Le Château provides a constant and ever-changing flow of fashions to our retail stores. Product sells out quickly and is replaced just as quickly with more fresh, new product. For this reason, it would be very difficult to produce a catalogue that would serve our customers well. The minute it hits the stores, we put it on the racks and let our customers enjoy our fashion-first advantage.

I would like to operate a Le Château franchise in my area. Can you provide me with the details?

Where is your clothing designed and manufactured?

Le Château is a vertically integrated company. Our clothing is designed in Montreal by our team of in-house fashion designers and almost half of our goods are made right here in Canada. The balance is made in various other countries such as, but not limited to, the U.S., China and India.

Le Château understands the challenges of operating in a multi-cultural, global community and is committed to ensuring that all suppliers who want to conduct business with Le Château conform to fair and just ethical standards and business practices, including key issues such as working hours, the payment of applicable wages and the prohibition of child labour.

We want factories to be a healthy and secure environment for workers. We want everyone involved, at every level, to be treated with dignity and respect.

Most importantly, we want our customers to feel comfortable that the products they are buying are ethically sound and are from a company that cares about the origin of its goods.

We sell only Le Château branded clothing, accessories and footwear in our stores, developed by our in-house team of fashion designers.

Currently, Le Château merchandise is sold exclusively at Le Château locations and is not available for purchase from third party wholesalers.
